Artisan beverage company has completed the acquisition of Nickel Dime Syrups!

It is with great excitement that I announce my woman-owned artisan beverage company, Absinthia's Bottled Spirits, has completed the acquisition of Nickel Dime Syrups!

Nickel Dime Syrups came to fruition from the creative mind of professional bartender and mixologist, Jared Hirsch. Jared created these syrups to bring sophistication, craft, and flavor to any cocktail program. When Jared was ready to launch Caged Heat syrup out of the bar and into the market, he turned to me, owner of Absinthia's Bottled Spirits, to partner with. We took his savvy flavor profiles and my savvy business management skills and mixed them together to make a novel cocktail syrup company. It's been a fantastic 6 years working alongside each other. I've learned so much from Jared about mixing drinks, both with and without alcohol, and combining flavors to create unique taste experiences. You'll see Jared from time to time on our social media pages as he continues to delight us with his mixology craft and humor.

From the first day, I believed in the tremendous potential of these syrups to elevate the experience of home and professional bartenders, and I am now excited to take them to the next level. The first step has been the incorporation of Nickel Dime Syrups into Absinthia's Bottled Spirits. I couldn't be more thrilled to host these beautiful small batch syrups alongside my organic Absinthe. With these syrups, I now have more reasons to offer you vintage recipes for modern mixology!

I'll be adding delicious syrup recipes to the recipes pages, like how to make a zesty margarita with Caged Heat syrup or an old-fashioned with Fairy Dust syrup.

Now that the syrups are owned by a business that has all of its alcohol licensing, well, let's just say that I have ideas and am excited to bring them to fruition!
