Equal parts Gin, Cocchi Americano, Marian Farms Curacao, Lemon Juice

Directions

Rinse the glass with Absinthia Organic Absinthe (I always save any excess – who wants to pour out perfectly delicious absinthe?!)

Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.

Shake and strain into the prepared glass.

Add two dashes of absinthe to the top of the cocktail.
