Ingredients:
2 oz. absinthiasbottledspirits
1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. fresh orange juice
5 oz. star anise syrup*
2 oz. lemon lime sparkling water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime and orange slices and star anise 🍹 Cheers!!
*Star Anise syrup: place a handful of star anise in a small pot with 2 cups of water and 1/3 cup erythritol or monk fruit. Simmer for 5-8 minutes, then set aside to cool. Use whenever you need it.
