A zero-alcohol mocktail featuring Caged Heat. Caged Heat syrup is an award winning syrup crafted with tamarind, cardamom and ghost pepper. It's an alluring and lively syrup that brings heat to any drink recipe.

1 oz Caged Heat Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

4 oz Soda Water

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Into a tall glass, add the Caged Heat, followed by the lemon and Angostura Bitters. Fill with seltzer half up the glass, and fill with ice. Stir gently to combine.
