From Jeff Hollinger, former bar manager of Absinthe Brasserie & Bar in San Francisco and author of The Art of the Bar, this creative and precarious combination of Tequila and absinthe, complemented with hints of citrus from fresh lemon juice and limoncello, is an intoxicating choice.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Tequila
- 3⁄4 ounce Absinthia Absinthe
- 1⁄2 ounce Limoncello
- 1⁄4 ounce lemon juice and garnished with a lemon twist
Shake and strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
