In 2008, Wine Spectator published an article announcing that Americans would come to enjoy the newly available absinthe once again not through the louche but through the cocktail.
More than a decade later, both are true. Since our absinthe is carefully crafted to be enjoyed sugar free, it is easy to add cold water, perhaps a little ice, and enjoy a delicious glass of La Fee Verte, the Green Fairy.
