Fresh Fennel, Aromatic Anise, Bitter Wormwood.
A fragrant stroll in a spring garden.

Fairy Dust was inspired by the number of people who, over the years, have asked Absinthia, "I love absinthe but don't drink alcohol. What can I have?" Now we finally have an answer to that question, with our refreshing Fairy Dust, which tastes amazing with soda water and a little lemon. Don't think you like absinthe? We bet we can change your mind! It was more popular than wine in Paris, the stuff you have tried was likely a cheap gimmick. There is a reason Fairy Dust and our absinthes keep winning gold medals!

Excellent syrup

I used it with 2 parts Nolet, 1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1 part syrup, and it made a wonderful cocktail! Strongly recommend.

I liked the experience of it. I'd prefer a little less sweet. It's well worth adding to my "bar."

Love Fairy Dust!

Perfect addition to sparkling water or gin with lots of lemon juice. Also makes a great substitution for Cointreau in a Corpse Reviver #2 for an extra absinthe boost - pro-tip!

I love this stuff SO MUCH

I do love just about anything anise, but his syrup is amazing for making either a cocktail or sumptuous feeling mocktail. Pretty much my go to for either one right now. I didn’t order enough of it. But the package came extremely quickly, so we’re all good. The simple recipe with lemon juice and either gin or soda water makes a complex and refreshing drink with the light roundness of the wormwood and floral kick of the anise. Can get plenty of flavor without it being overly sweet.

A little goes a long way.

Nothing wrong with this syrup once you realize that their recipes call for way too much syrup. I get trying to sell as much as you can, but you can halve all of the recipes and your cocktails will be way better.

Thank you for the review, Kevin! Our recipes are based on the traditional 2:1:1 (2 parts booze, 1 part sugar, 1 part citrus). We welcome our customers to adjust according to taste, try our other recipes, and invent new ones! Cheers!
