1 1/2 oz Absinthia Absinthe
2 oz ginger beer
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger liqueur

Stir Absinthia Absinthe, lemon juice, and ginger liqueur with ice, then strain into a Collins glass. Add ice, then top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick, if desired.
