*Pineapple absinthe foam:

Ingredients
2 oz absinthe verte
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 Egg Whites

Directions
Combine in an iSi whipper, Seal and charge with one N2O charger. Shake hard and charge with a second charger. Chill for at least an hour before using.
