1 1/2 oz Absinthia Absinthe
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Small Hand Foods orgeat syrup
1 egg white
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake the first four ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with bitters.
