Absinthia Blanche & Verte

375ML | 55% ABV

Neutral grape distillate and certified organic artemesia absinthium (grande wormwood), anise, fennel, and coriander. Made exactly the way absinthe was made 150 years ago, with organic ingredients grown in California and Oregon.

All of our absinthes are:
    •    Gluten free
    •    Artificial color free
    •    Sugar free
    •    Organic Ingredients
    •    Made in California

Absinthia Organic Absinthe is smooth, elegant, and drinkable. Once distilled, absinthe is aromatic, brilliantly clear, and colorless. The anise causes the louche effect that turns the absinthe a milky white with a slight blue haze when water is added.

This Swiss style blanche has a natural sweetness and is delicious neat, on the rocks, with a splash of cold water, or in a cocktail. We recommend a Sazerac, a Corpse Reviver No 2, a refreshing Death in the Afternoon, or anyone of our hundreds of recipes.

This Swiss style verte has an earthy, grassy flavor and a natural sweetness and is delicious neat, on the rocks, with a splash of cold water, or in a cocktail. We recommend a Sazerac, a Corpse Reviver No 2, a refreshing Death in the Afternoon, or anyone of our hundreds of recipes.

Absinthe Barrel Aged (reposado) - Our blanche has rested in rye barrels for four months to create this unique barrel aged absinthe. Try this instead of Gin in cocktails such as Negronis, Bees Knees, and Bloody Marys (Bloody Fairies!)!

The verte is bottled in a dark bottle to prevent the sun from damaging the color and flavor.
