1oz @empress1908gin gin
0.5oz blue curaçao @bolscocktails
0.25oz strawberry infused Campari
1 barspoon @absinthiasbottledspirits absinthe
0.75oz lemon juice
0.5oz fassionola syrup (homemade)
Dragon fruit balls
Garnish: yellow dragon fruit wheel, orange and lemon peel Team Day Drinkers logo, and a clear glass @surfsidesips straw
Method: combine (shake or stir depending on juice content) the layers individually and pour into a glass with pebble ice sufficient for each layer: 1. Fassionola and Campari 2. lemon juice, absinthe, blue curacao 3. Rum and gin. Garnish, take a photo 📸, stir it up and enjoy! 😁
