The Savannah cocktail recipe is a forward thinking Absinthe experience.

1 oz Darjeeling-infused Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz peach syrup
1 oz water

Combine ingredients and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and straw. Cheers!

*Absinthe infusion: Add Darjeeling Tea to absinthe and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on desired intensity.

**Peach syrup: combine equal parts peach purée and 1:1 simple syrup.
