Agave Sour

The Agave Sour is a crisp and balanced meeting of two spirits rooted in botanical tradition. Tequila blanco and Absinthia Absinthe Blanche bring complementary herbal and agave character, brightened by fresh lime and a house-made agave syrup. A silky lift of egg white ties the composition together, producing a sour that is clean, refined, and refreshing to drink.
