  • 1 oz Absinthia Barrel Aged Absinthe
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Orange peel for garnish

  • Rocks Glass
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Pour the Absinthia Barrel Aged Absinthe, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
  3. Finish with an orange peel to enhance the flavor.
