The Absinthe Dessert cocktail is an indulgent meeting of contrasts featuring Absinthia Absinthe Verte's herbal complexity tempered by the velvet richness of Irish cream and Kahlúa's deep coffee notes, finished with a whisper of cinnamon. Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Absinthia Absinthe Verte
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Mixing Glass
  • Jigger
  • Rocks Glass
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Measure equal parts of Absinthia Absinthe Verte, Irish Cream, and Kahlua into a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
  2. Pour into a rocks glass through a strainer and over ice.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes
