  • 1½ oz Absinthia Absinthe Verte
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Glass
  • Jigger
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the first four ingredients and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
