Absinthe Phosphate

The Absinthe Phosphate is a nod to the golden age of the American soda fountain, where acid phosphate was a bartender's secret weapon for adding a bright, tart edge to spirits. Absinthia Absinthe Verte brings its full herbal character to the glass, balanced by sweet vermouth and the clean, bracing lift of acid phosphate. Served over shaved ice, it is a cooling drink with deep roots in cocktail history.
