Broken Shoe Shiner

The Broken Shoe Shiner is the work of Stephen Cole, crafted behind the bar at Chicago's legendary Violet Hour. A cocktail destination that helped define the city's modern mixology scene. Featured in Rogue Cocktails, this anise-forward composition of Absinthe, Bénédictine, pineapple juice, and Aperol is layered and compelling.
