Ingredients
Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
½ oz Caged Heat Craft Mixer
2 oz Pisco
½ oz Mezcal
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 ½ Handful Frozen Red Dragon Fruit Cubes
1 ½ Egg White
1 ½ dash Angostura Bitters
Directions
– Muddle dragonfruit cubes in shaker with Caged Heat.
– Add remaining ingredients with ice & shake well.
– Strain out ice and shake dry in order to emulsify egg whites.
– Double strain into coupe & finish by garnishing with 3 edible flowers.
