Cold to See Clear

Cold to See Clear

On a sweltering afternoon, the Cold to See Clear cocktail delivers a wave of stimulating clarity. The base is a gin and vermouth pairing that is brightened by rhubarb and orange bitters and embellished with an Absinthe rinse. To make this arctic cold, chill a rocks glass for 15-20 mins before preparing the recipe.
