Ingredients: ¼ oz honey ¼ oz grenadine ¾ oz lemon juice 1¼ oz gin 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters 2-3 oz prosecco Absinthia Absinthe Blanche (for mist/rinse) garnish: thyme sprig
Directions: In a cocktail shaker, add honey, grenadine, lemon juice, gin, and bitters with ice — shake vigorously for thirty seconds. Strain into an absinthe rinsed coupe glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.

Ingredients: 2 Oz Bourbon ½ Oz Cherry Bomb Craft Mixer
2 dashes angostura bitters
Directions:
Stir well over ice.
Strain and serve over a large ice cube.
Garnish with brandied Maraschino Cherries.
