Gin Austen Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2oz Gin
2oz Lillet Rose
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
5 sage leaves, muddled
Absinthe, to rinse glass Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
Lemon Oil, to rinse glass
Direction
In your coupe glass, add lemon oil and absinthe and swirl to coat the inside of the glass. Dump excess. In a mixing glass, add sage leaves with lemon juice and muddle. Add remaining ingredients with ice and stir to combine. Strain into your coupe glass and garnish with fresh sage leaf.
