Ingredients
1oz Absinthia Absinthe Verte
1oz Aperol
1oz Benedictine
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Garnish: Geranium & Rose hydrosol dried edible flowers
Directions
-Add all ingredients to a shaker & dry shake.
-Add one large ice cube & shake until chilled.
-Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish, & enjoy!
