Ingredients
1½ oz. bourbon
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
½ tsp. or simple syrup
1 egg white
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with a lemon peel if desired.
