2 ds Peychauds Bitters
1 cube Sugar cube
1 rinse Absinthia Absinthe
Directions
Stir Fernet Branca with scotch over ice, strain into sugar muddled with bitters, then into an Old-Fashioned glass rinsed with Absinthia Absinthe.
