Ingredients
1 1?2 oz Aperol
1 oz Absinthia Absinthe
1 oz Lemon juice
1?4 oz Simple syrup
1 ds Orange bitters, Regans orange bitters
1 twist Orange peel (flamed, as garnish)
Directions
Chill cocktail glass. Shake all ingredients, strain, and serve straight up. Garnish with an orange peel, slightly flamed over the glass.
