Ingredients
¼ oz honey
¼ oz grenadine
¾ oz lemon juice
1¼ oz gin
2 dashes of Peychauds bitters
2-3 oz prosecco
Absinthia Absinthe Blanche (for mist/rinse)
garnish: thyme sprig
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add honey, grenadine, lemon juice, gin, and bitters with ice shake vigorously for thirty seconds. Strain into an absinthe-misted or rinsed coupe glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
