1.5oz pisco
0.25oz pear brandy
0.75oz verjus liqueur*
0.75oz verjus
1 dash Absinthia Absinthe Verte
1 large egg white
Peychauds bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients minus bitters and dry shake, wet shake, strain, and garnish with bitters. Cheers!!
*Infuse vodka with verjus remains for 48hr, strain, add sugar ~2:1 spirit to sugar (adjust to taste).
