Ingredients
.25 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz St-Germain
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Bourbon
7 drops Lemon Bitters
Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
Lemon Peel
Sphere of Ice
Lemon Zest
Directions
Add a sphere of ice to the glass and coat the inside of the glass with a small amount of absinthe. Shake other ingredients in a martini shaker. Pour and garnish with lemon zest. Cheers!
