Death at Midnight

We've enhanced Hemingway's famed Absinthe & Champagne cocktail with the addition of our Absinthe Bleue. Watch the butterfly pea flower transform colors as it settles into the champagne. Be mesmerized by the color transformation as you stir the ingredients.

1 oz Chilled Champagne

Directions:

Pour 1oz of chilled Champagne into a champagne flute. Next, pour 1oz of Absinthia Absinthe Bleue over the champagne.

This is Absinthia's spin on the classic cocktail Negroni! Negroni's are a satisfying and refined aperitif. The classic features equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. This recipe mixes it up by adding the depth and character of Barrel Aged Absinthe. This combination makes an emboldened cocktail you'll fall in love with.

Absgroni Ingredients:

1 oz Barrel Aged Absinthe

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet vermouth

Garnish with a lemon or orange peel

Directions:

This cocktail is easy to make over ice. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Next, pour the Barrel-Aged Absinthe, Campari, and sweet vermouth over the ice. Garnish with a lemon or orange peel.

How to Make Abgronis for a Crowd

The Absgroni is a wonderful addition to any party, and thanks to the three ingredients, it comes together quickly. Pour equal parts of the ingredients into a large serving pitcher to make a large batch of this cocktail recipe.

The best way to determine the amount of each ingredient for a large batch is to multiply the ingredients by the number of guests you will serve. Remember to garnish individual glasses with lemon or orange peel.

Violent Femmes

Like the iconic band, this cocktail is captivating, complex, and outgoing. Raspberry liqueur ignites the aromatic qualities of the Absinthe, while ginger ale and sour mix add flavor and fun.

Ingredients:

1 oz Absinthia Absinthe Blanche

1 oz raspberry liqueur

1 oz sour mix

2 oz ginger ale

The juice of a fresh lemon wedge

Directions:

Add 3-4 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Combine Absinthia Absinthe {insert link}, raspberry liqueur, and the sweet & sour mix in the shaker. Shake vigorously for a few seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Squeeze the fresh juice of a lemon wedge over the top.

Who says you need alcohol to make a perfect cocktail? Our Quince The Chamomille and Fennel cocktail recipe is a stunning example of how the right ingredients create a luxurious drink. Chamomile tea has a light, floral taste that compliments the herbaceous flavor of our non-alcoholic craft mixer, Fairy Dust. This blend is a delightful and rewarding experience in every cup.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Fairy Dust craft mixer

2.5oz freshly brewed chamomile tea

1 oz lemon juice

Directions

To begin, decide whether you want a warm or iced beverage. If you are in the mood for warmth, add the freshly brewed chamomile tea to a large mug. Then, pour in the Fairy Dust craft mixer and squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. If you prefer a cold cocktail, add ice to a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients, and shake until chilled.
