Early Autumn Cocktail Recipe


1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin (infused with dried pears and apples)
1/2 oz. Absinthia Absinthe
1 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Pear Brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Bitters
Ginger Beer


Shake all ingredients well. Strain into a highball glass. Top with gingerbeer. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
