Ingredients

1.75 oz Plymouth gin
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz Ancho Reyes verde
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz @absinthiabottledspirits Bleue
.25 oz creme de banane
1 egg white
Garnish: dried butterfly pea flower (fresh if you’ve got it)

Directions

Dry shake, add ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
