0.25 oz Absinthia Absinthe Verte
2 oz vodka
0.75 oz Anjou pear gomme syrup*
0.75 oz lime juice
1 egg white
Fresh nutmeg and Peychauds bitters to garnish.
Dry shake everything without ice and then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe and grated nutmeg on the top and add a few dashes of Peychauds.
