1oz absinthe
1oz Aperol
1oz Benedictine
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Garnish: Geranium and Rose hydrosol dried edible flowers
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add one large ice cube and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish, and enjoy!
