▫️1 oz tequila blanco
▫️1 oz Absinthia Absinthe Blanche 
▫️1 oz fresh lime juice
▫️1 oz agave syrup (mix equal parts agave nectar and water)
▫️¾ oz egg white


-Dry shake all the ingredients 
-Shake with ice to chill, & strain through a mesh strainer into a coupe.
-If you have an atomizer or mini spray bottle, spritz absinthe over the top.
