The Initial Inertia is a spirited variation of Sazerac showcasing Fairy Dust cocktail syrup and rye. Fairy Dust is our small batch, handcrafted syrup that was inspired by Absinthe.

2 oz Rye
½ oz Fairy Dust syrup
6 ½ dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Stir over ice, serve neat. Garnish with a lemon twist.
