Ingredients

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 oz Champagne
1/4 oz Absinthia Absinthia Blanche

Directions

Rinse glass with Absinthia Absinthe Blanche. Set any excess aside, add a little ice water, and enjoy.

Add gin, lemon juice, and simply syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.

Top with Champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
