The Dead Rabbit Recipe


1 1/2 oz Knappogue Castle 12-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
4 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco Bitters (or Angostura as a substitute)
2 dashes Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
2 dashes of Orange bitters
Garnish: Orange twist


Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a slice of orange peel over the drink to release the oils and discard the peel. Cheers!
